Exhibitor Rates (Saturday, July 16, 2011 - Sunday, July 24, 2011):
$225.00* Superior King (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights)
$175.00* Superior King (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights)
Please note the Hotel's published rates are $375.00 - $435.00 per room, per night.
*All charges will be handled by the individual and will be subject to a penalty charge if the reservation is not cancelled five (5) days prior to arrival. All reservations require a credit card for guarantee. Reservations cancelled within the five (5) day period will be subject to one night's room and tax.
Room reservations can be made directly with the Hotel on an individual basis. Individuals must call the Hotel directly at 1 (650) 470-3847. It is imperative that the individuals request the
Reining By The Bay Exhibitor Guest Room Block when making reservations, otherwise the group rate that applies may not be extended.
Direct reservations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released by the Hotel for general sale. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after
Thursday, June 23, 2011 on a space available basis at the prevailing rates. Requests for an extended cutoff date will be handled on a case by case basis.
Four Seasons is a pet friendly Hotel. Please note, a non-refundable pet deposit of $50.00 will be requested at check-in for any guests choosing to bring an animal.

The RBB, Inc's mission is to promote the equestrian sport of Reining. The goal is to elevate public awareness of the sport and to encourage more participation, raise skill levels, educate the public. The RBB, Inc. is a non profit organization holding 501 (c) (3) status with the Federal Government.
