Q: What does it mean when it says that Four Seasons Unforgettable Experience awards are redeemable based on room availability? A: Reservations can be confirmed only if the room category specified in the Collection received is available at the selected hotel or resort during the award recipient's requested stay. A: Four Seasons Unforgettable Experience awards cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used to redeem the awarded Four Seasons nightly stay, which includes accommodation for one night (or more, depending on your award), each with breakfast for two, taxes and applicable gratuities and service fees. Q: Can a room reservation be made for fewer nights than the number of nights awarded? A: Yes. An award recipient may make a reservation for fewer nights than the total number of nightly stays stored on his or her card. At check-out, increments of nightly stays (accommodation for one night, breakfast for two, taxes and applicable gratuities) will be deducted from the Unforgettable Experience award card, which will then reflect any remaining balance. Q: How can an Unforgettable Experience award card be protected from loss or theft? A: The best way to protect a card balance is for the award recipient to register the card in his or her name as soon as it is received. He or she will be asked to enter an email address, create a password and enter the 20-digit number on the back of the card. The process will take less than five minutes. Registering the Unforgettable Experience award card protects the card balance from the time it is reported lost, stolen or damaged. Q: How can Four Seasons help us evaluate the effectiveness of the program? A: Each award card has a unique number that can be used for tracking purposes. Four Seasons can provide you valuable information about where and when the award cards have been used. Q: How long does it take to receive awards once an order is placed? A: Once payment is received, orders are processed within 7 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method chosen. Within the US you have five choices: US Priority service (1-2 business days, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM delivery time), US Expedited service (2-3 business days, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM delivery time), US Standard service (5-7 business days, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM delivery time), Evening (5-7 business days, 5:00 PM-8:00 PM delivery time) or by Appointment (5-7 business days, shipper will call). Outside the US, all cards are delivered via Expedited service (3-4 business days for most destinations).
